Hello , Generally vegan omega 3 has bit less EPA and DHA compared to fish oil.. I personally use RawRX vegan algae based omega 3 .. you can take 2 caps per day of you need more dosage .. but it depends on for what reason and purpose you are consuming this omega 3 supplement .. thanks

Rememebr that ashwagandha may interact with certain medications. so always consult a doctor before taking ashwagandha, especially if you take any medications. I suggest you Begin with a shorter period (like 4-8 weeks) and check the effects... The product in this video is ideally meant for vegan people to get their omega 3's .. if you are non vegetarian , you can go with a regular fish oil for omega 3 but chose a clean quality brand .. you can still go with this vegan algae based omega 3 .. its not less valuable but the amount of omega 3 would be bit less compared to regular fish oil in one serving .. thanks

Hello, This brand of collagen contains few additives which I dotn like and also it has Sucralose as sweetener which is better to avoid since other clean brands are available.. Also flavours are artificial and not natural.. thanks
